Ways to Give

Your gift to the School of Information is essential to the future success of our students and faculty. Below are a few of the ways you can make a gift to the School.

Annual Fund

Your Annual Gift can be given to a specific program at the School or to the School’s General Fund.  Unrestricted gifts to the General Fund provide the greatest flexibility in assisting educational programs that need some extra financial help.

Please take a moment today to make your annual gift online, by mail, or by phone at (850) 644-6000.

Matching Gifts

Don’t forget to check with your employer to see if your gift to FSU qualifies for your company’s Matching Gift program. Funding from a Matching Gift program can double or triple the value of your gift to the School of Information.

Endowed Funds

Endowed funds are a great way to honor or memorialize someone significant in your life, while creating a lasting benefit to the School’s future success. You may choose to create an endowment fund to support scholarships, fellowships, professorships, library acquisitions, or any educational program that helps our students and faculty succeed.

Planned Gifts

Careful estate planning yields special advantages for donors and their heirs while enabling them to support the important work of Florida State in a significant and lasting way. The FSU Foundation Office of Planned Giving can help donors meet their philanthropic and financial goals while they provide significant support to the School and its various academic programs.

Our Development staff are ready to discuss your plans for supporting the School, or to answer any questions you may have about the potential impact of your support.
